Apply a small amount of the gel to the problem zones (thighs, buttocks, stomach, waist and upper arm), spread evenly with massaging movements until fully absorbed. Use 2 times a day to obtain an optimal result. It is also recommended to use body scrub 1-2 times a week.
The heating gel also may be used according to the following scheme: in the 1st and 2nd weeks of the menstrual cycle. During this period the gel is especially effective due to the components with a fat-burning effect, namely capsicum extract and caffeine. 3D Slim cosmetics anti-cellulite gel with a cooling effect is recommended to be used for the next 2 weeks of the menstrual cycle.
