Omega-3 Formula

Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are essential substances, but unfortunately, our body doesn't produce them, the only way to receive polyunsaturated fatty acids is with food. The unbalanced daily diet of most people does not provide the body with the necessary amount of omega-3, in addition, with the process of food cooking, the useful properties of PUFA are lost. • 975 mg polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA);
• 650 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA);
• 260 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
