You need D3 if:
D3 ingredients: vegetable oil (olive oil), coating (gelatine, glycerin (thickening agent), water), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), mixed tocopherols (antioxidant).
Olive oil is highly bioactive. It contains polyunsaturated fatty acids, including oleic acid, E, K, B4 vitamins and minerals. Oleic acid participates in cell membrane building, serves as an energy source and prevents oxidation processes.
The form of the vitamin (cholecalciferol) is the native form of vitamin D. Fat-soluble vitamin D3 is recommended to be taken with oils, what additionally contributes to absorption.
Recommended Use: Adults take 1 (one) capsule a day during a meal. The intake duration is 2-3 months. The intake can be repeated, if necessary.

Dosage/Direction for Use
Colecalciferol (D3) and ergocalciferol (D2) are recommended for the prevention of vitamin D deficiency.
Adults aged 18-50 are recommended to take 600-800 IU of vitamin D per day to prevent the deficiency of vitamin D.
To maintain 25(OH)D levels above 30 ng/mL, you may be required to take at least 1,500-2,000 IU of vitamin D per day. 1
