Apply a small amount of the gel to the problem zones (thighs, buttocks, stomach, waist and upper arm), spread evenly with massaging movements until fully absorbed. Use 2 times a day to obtain an optimal result.
Apply the gel after massaging with a dry brush or sponge to the cleansed skin to increase efficiency and a marked heating effect. It is also recommended to use body scrub 1-2 times a week.
The heating gel also may be used according to the following scheme: in the 1st and 2nd weeks of the menstrual cycle.
