Mix 1 portion (30 g) of the powdered product with 200 ml of 1,5 % room temperature milkshake vigorously in a closed container. Consume right after preparing.

Contraindications: Individual ingredients intolerance. 

The shake should not be the only source of nutrition. It is recommended to have at least one regular meal a day and drink at least 2 litres of water. Pregnant women should consult a doctor before consumption.
