Ingredients

Morning capsule composition (white capsule): turmeric extract, gelatin capsule (gelatin, titanium dioxide color), boswellia extract, ginger extract, bamboo extract, conjugated linoleic acid, microcrystalline cellulose (carrier), RMP-Complex™ (pomegranate extract, rosemary extract, mangosteen extract), aerosil (carrier ), calcium stearate (carrier).

Evening capsule composition (brown capsule): glucosamine hydrochloride, gelatin capsule (gelatin, colors (iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, titanium dioxide, iron oxide black)), chondroitin sulfate, methylsulfonylmethane, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), zinc citrate, microcrystalline cellulose (carrier), vitamin E ( tocopherol acetate), RMP-Complex™ (pomegranate extract, rosemary extract, mangosteen extract), manganese L-aspartate, copper L-aspartate, aerosil (carrier), calcium stearate (carrier).

Active ingredients:

• Turmeric, ginger and boswellia extracts are three of the most powerful natural agents with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. 
• Bamboo extract is a valuable source of silicon, one of the important components of connective tissues, including cartilage and tendons. Silicon stimulates the synthesis of collagen in cartilage tissues. It posseses remineralizing properties and helps to protect bone tissue from destruction. 
• Chondroitin is a structural analogue of human cartilage tissue. It has an anti-inflammatory properties, stimulates the development of cartilage cells, and maintains the elasticity of cartilage tissue,  it also promotes better absorption of glucosamine. 
• Glucosamine serves as a necessary building component of chondroitin, the lack of glucosamine in the joint synovial fluid leads to the lack of chondroitin which causes crunching in the joints.
• Organic sulfur, copper and manganese have a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, help improve blood circulation and joint flexibility, reduce arthritis swelling and pain, destroy calcium deposits, stimulate the development of cartilage cells. Thus, they effectively slow down the process of degenerative changes in the joints,  they also have a significant effect on the regeneration of bone and cartilage tissue.

Taking two capsules ("Morning" and "Evening") per day provides:

Recommendations for use: adults 1 morning capsule in the morning and 1 evening capsule in the afternoon with meals. Duration of admission is 1 month.
