The recommended intake provides 100 mg of L-5-hydroxytryptophan, 25% of AI*of L-tryptophan (200 mg)**.

Recommended Use: Adults take 1 (one) capsule a day with meals. The intake duration is 30 days. The intake can be repeated if needed.
